ROSER COMA

INTERIOR DESIGN

3D ARCHITECTURE

CREA, Can Jan   (art creation center)

"Can Jan de la Ferrès", being a rural area with great architectural houses, it's wanted to keep the stone structure and to implement rustic materials as wood, metal, and neutral tones as white, black and gray.

However, considering that the old houses have a robust structure and few openings, seeks to promote the interior with a minimalist line and helping to illuminate the interior with open spaces with glass walls and windows, and highlighting set one unique floor with micro-concrete, contrasting modern material with rugged appearance of the structure.

INSTANT SHOT (photography shop)

The interior design is based through a symbolism that arises from the slogan "freeze the moment, feel the instant". Thus we have tried to create a space where as the customer approaches the background, you can see that the furniture store, display of antique cameras is designed to give the feeling frozen. In this way, understood as the older cameras were frozen in the past to survive until today and give us the opportunity to freeze time with our own snapshots they provide.

A HOTEL CAFE (based on of Panama Jack)

It's wanted to work the power of light during the day, and warm at night, so you can take great comfort as the slogan of Panama Jack, created by walking, noting that it is a very comfortable. In addition we have worked with warm colors like maroon, colors of wood, straw and crude colors, reminding rural atmosphere of the brand. But always accentuating the main element of the cafe (bar) with the powerful green of Panama Jack.

The space has been separated into two areas, the bar zone and the one to relax and read, in which the second will be collected by ramifications of the columns that surround it.

Q (kiosk in Gràcia, Barcelona)

The project undertaken is a kiosk suposed to be located in the "Plaça de la Virreina" in Gràcia, Barcelona.

The project is wanted to be based on the simplicity of the straight line and to help to get the cleanest possible spaces, serving to hide different magazines.

It's wanted to project two interposed buckets, one inside the other, separating two zones: the exposure and customer purchase, and the employee zone.
In the glass area it has sought to project an imitation brittle, as Gaudi, to enhance architectural modernism in Barcelona.

PÀDEL ESTANY (bar-restaurant)

"Pàdel Estany" is located in Porqueres (Girona). With the paddle has opened a bar and restaurant, which has opted for blow pastel colors for the walls and white in the case of furniture highlight the contrast.
Attempt to create a warm atmosphere, because of the building is a large space and the feeling of coldness.

TOTEM & TOSCALE

Totem and Toscale are the names of two signposts for a building based in cultural activities. Those two signs were manufactured for Scales & Models, in London; in where I drew the plans.

BATHROOM

Plans of a bathroom design for a nearby project. It was wanted to remark the powerful light coming from outside. It is distributed to be able to see the views from outside, from any part of the bathroom, to relax in the shower time. It is as well specially, for the life in couple, for a main room of a house, as it has two sinks and two showers (bath and shower).

FLAT 4 (residential project)

Flat 4 is located in Lancaster Gate area. It's a project from The Lady Builder team in which I worked as a CAD technician and interior design intern. Flat 4 is a two floor flat that we had to demolish and recreate most of the construction, to create the space needed for our design and for a more comfortable life for the new owners.

I worked with them with the space planning, elevations and details, and the selection of furniture and sanitary. Following all the process from the beginning.

NEOCLASSICAL PROJECT

(based in Robert Adam, project for VisuVerum)

I designed the space, having in mind the idea of symmetry and having Adam's style as a model. I selected three spaces to design the interior and create the 3D visualisation.

After that, I decided to create a neoclassical space, with modern furniture and with some elements and materials reminding the classical area, such as gold materials like tiles, blacks ans whites to create an elegant and sophisticated space or travertine as roman marble; and chandelier lamps and classical furniture details.

HANOVER SQUARE (office fit-out)

Hanover Square is a office refurbishment and fit-out project from Grosvenor Workspace Solutions. As a designer and space planner of this project, I did detailed survey of the space for the creation of the CAD space plans. Distribuation of the different rooms and selection of materials and furniture. It's been done an analysis of the project within moodboards and 3D visualisations.
